Yes, that is why we do not recommend cruel shock collars. I hope your dog will be ok Angela, it is terrible that they continue to sell these products of torture and pain.

I also recently purchased a Pet Safe Small Dog Bark Collar. My dog had a similar response out of my poor little Pomeranian. The first time it went off she coward and pouted we just let it go since she stopped barking. However after a few days of wearing this collar I realized it had burned into her neck! She has not been barking at all so HOW did it burn into her poor neck? I am VERY unhappy and my poor little dog is in pain it breaks my heart! Dont buy this collar!!
